I started taking yoga and Pilates classes in college to avoid homework and to de-stress. While working at a YMCA, I had the opportunity to learn to teach cardio, strength, and cycle classes. In 2015, I completed my first 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Colorado Springs, CO. In 2017 I completed an additional 300 hours of yoga training, as well as Inferno Hot Pilates training with Gabriella Walters. In my class you can expect to be motivated to do your best as well as take care of yourself. Inspired by many physical therapy practitioners, you will work on functional movement strength as well as mobility. 

Amber currently teaches live, in person classes in Tulsa, OK. You can take Traditional Hot 90, 60, and IHP at yogaQUEST, as well as core based classes and beginners vinyasa yoga classes at Climb Tulsa

You can take a class from Amber online through Pure Burn Pilates.

Inferno Hot Pilates

IHP is a low impact, HIIT style class with Pilates principles. This class creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat with fast results. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.
